Indiana clients are helped by phone. The only physical office is in Boca Raton, Florida, so there is nothing to drive to: reviews, applications and follow-up questions are all handled remotely.

One thing that is different about Indiana: its Medicare counseling program, SHIP, is provided through the Indiana Department of Insurance, the same department whose Consumer Services team takes insurance questions and complaints.
